GLIMRA&GEMORA Additional Delivery Notes

United States: Services cover the entire mainland but exclude Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other overseas territories, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

Germany: Does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

United Kingdom: Services cover the entire mainland but exclude the Isle of Man (IM), Guernsey (GY), Jersey (JE), and military addresses. 

France: Does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, military addresses (containing "armee" or "armée" or with postal codes 00100 or 00200), or French overseas territories (postal codes starting with 97, 98, or 00).

Singapore:

• Deliveries to remote areas incur an additional remote area surcharge of USD 26 per shipment. 

Malaysia:

• Divided into East Malaysia and West Malaysia.
  

UAE:

• Remote area surcharge applies (USD 1.5/shipment), including but not limited to: Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Jazirah Al Hamra, Ar-Rams, Khawr Khuwayr, Diqdaqah, Khatt, Masafi, Huwaylat, Umm Al Quwain, Ajman, Fujairah, etc.

Philippines:

• Divided into Metro Manila and other regions.

South Korea:

• Deliveries to remote postal code areas incur an additional fee of USD 4.5 per shipment.

Canada:

• If the recipient requests an address change or if the carrier’s system detects a mismatch between the delivery postal code and address, the carrier will automatically correct it, incurring a CAD 7 fee (approx. USD 5.3/shipment), billed based on the carrier's actual charges.

Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Iceland, Norway:

• Some addresses are delivered to pickup points, not to door addresses. Recipients will be notified via SMS, email, or official channels. The free storage period at pickup points is 7 days.

Italy:

• Serviceable postal codes are listed in the [Zoning & Non-Service Postal Code List].

• Ensure recipient names and IDs are accurate to reduce customs inspection rates.

• The carrier will contact recipients via phone/email. Incorrect contact details may delay delivery
